Suddenly...

Suddenly, I miss my blog..!!! I didn't update my blog already long time ago.
Now i want to share my life now....i was so emotional suddenly..!!

I already work at here almost 6 month.what I have learned at here is:
How to work in noisy and chaotic situation.
How to handling complain.
How to answer the phone in professionally.
How to communication with each other.

and more and more...

let said,
As a front office assistant, you must be stronger.because when you speak with your guest you must be pretend you are very friendly even though you are unhappy & moody on that time.
I was so exhausted in this type of attitude and my position right now..!!!I hate service line..!
but the truth is,I have gain some knowledge about 'when you are a fussy guest', I wont be a fussy guest anymore because its was very very unbearable.!!!!I felt like want to slap with you all....!!!!

Promised with myself,
all of this unbearable things wouldn't happen again after 2 month due to I want further my study...
so i will collect all the memories at here and create a unforgettable experience.cheerrrrssssssssssssss!!!!!   

 

Why?

I was already working at department almost 1week ago..but I felt very bored at all..because my college are anti communicate!!all of them are very show off..just always show the fucking senior behavior in front of our new staff!! I must slap you at one day!!!I purpose to transfer another department.because I am not happy and courtesy at this department..how come I would working here as long as possible??some of the guest are very farsi!! I am lost my own in this job..other than that..I was very complicated about the system!!and the college wouldn't teach you anythings!!and always like to blame on me!!

Satisfy...

Today is my second day of working in my department..today also have a lot of people..but customer today are less than yesterday..I was trying to touch the system ready..quite complicated..because you need to analyze by self to solve the trouble from customer..!so stimulate and challenging..!!I suka! My senior also smart because he able to solve it as fast as possible..so usually I have continue to learn with him..!!my leg are so sakit..because I had to stand with many hours..crazy department..!!but challenging!!

My first day working..

Today is my first day of working in the department..that was quite busy..like a crazy..!! It was very over population in our first world hotel..some people should waiting within 6 hours just only can check in..!!I wouldn't patient for doing something's small cases.like this.let me felt it was very waste of my time.I would training of the speed for decrease a lot of customer complain..but now,I still confuse about the system..because it was strange with me..!!today have several customer have puji my smile are very sweet,even though I have braces on my teeth..maybe my smile will be more sweet after I cabut my braces..wahahaha..

Accommodated..

I am trying to be patient but It was difficult for me..how can??but i am trying to change my attitude and mine mindset, especially let myself think positive even though I am facing problem..!!aarrgghh.but actually most attitude I using was accommodated..it was quite difficult for me..but I need it
All the time of this type attitude..now I am so hardworking because I want created for my position..so.I prefer keep quite all the time..aarrgghh!!

Today we are going to learning about the impression,the image and the beauty skill...all of us are separate with male..we learn how to protect our skin and how to make up...argh..all of us usually are ready make up by self,but trainer suggest us to remove it..luckily
I have avoid it because trainer said my make up are very nice..haha..thx a lot..!!
But the fucking pendihose need to buy new want..because black in colour are not allow..and trainer also suggestion me try to change my color of my eyeshadow ..because felt not very shape on my eyeshadow..I will try it.!
Beings a ladies are very bother,because we need to impression our self and spend many money on shopping and need to used skin care..lastly,beings a ladies,you should have some color on your face..!!

Training...ing

I have been finished my 2days training...
Since 9-10 June 2012, our title is FIRST STEP OF HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.I have learned a lot of knowledge,it has the human experiences..and learn how to solve the problem and PROFESSIONAL..
Be a staff in genting, we should have a PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR..let said,there are many type of people we should facing at genting,but before we started to face them,we should have many kind of method in our knowledge..this training class are very interested.because we have a funny trainer..he let us felt interest all the activities..and he has a smart teaching skill..he let us absorb the
Knowledge with easily..and I had also meet many new friend at there.and we also have gathering after the class..and my grade of bored was decrease ready.but I still miss my family and my hubby so much..

my last orientation..

8 June 2012- today I have my last orientation...but today not feel very bored than before.because those of sir and madam are using funny skill to explain with us about the rules.quite easy to remember it!I have success to sign contract with genting Syarikat Berhad.but I also need to probation for three month!we have to start our training on tomorrow!so I need to sleep now..buai buai~~~

My first orientation was started since 7 June 2012..
I got up early to dressed up and breakfast.all of our new staff were waiting at theater for nine o'clock in the morning..but our madam are lated almost 30 mint.when she arrived she just said somethings words and just use a few mint and dismiss...haiz...I am not in mood!

Since 6 june 2012,
I wake up early for preparing and dress up myself for Reported my new job at genting highland.after I had a breakfast with my sister,I depart to titiwangsa by LRT.My god!my luggage was very heavy and I should take it of myself.but never mind for that.the problem was many stair on my route so i need to take up it without pull that was let me felt crazy!!!
Finally.I am reached The genting highland,and I have to manage a new at here and she called Carmen,she is a friendly and nice girl.but I have some problem in my hostel,because I just only have a small space for my self,and I couldn't take many things in here because it was not any available places to put it!haiz...and you should keep quiet when you come in the room.because would have another roommate was sleeping.so,i need to respect each other and i should keep quiet!this is a rules!!how come can pity as this??how long can I be patiently?I am not sure!

Asia success anniversary

I 'm glad to join this dinner,because i have manage to meet many new friend at there.
there also have many entrepreneurs take part in this activity.there have many prettier and gentle men.
this is the award ceremony for the famous company.congratulation for the company who are get the award. there was very tired all the day, because i must walked wearing high heels all night.I was very regret to choose the most higher one. >,< the performance is very amazing!!

because i am success to interview in genting highland.
they were employed me and i am start working on 6 june 2012.
they was very nervouse when interviewing, but mine interviewer is a friendly person.
she was good translater when I dont understand.
I'm glad to meet her.
my position is a Front office Assistant.I will collect experiance in this field.
I'm very surprise for about my salary.that was a good amout for me..hehehehhe
so, i may learn to save up the money to acheive my opinion.
but now, i must adapt to the environment over there because the weather was different with KL.
there is cold weather for long time.
there are a lot of rules we have to follow...arrgghh
they will arrange for me to understand the environment and listen to essentials.
there were also have many advantage, there doesn't need any transport and there and will provide the hostel and the uniform for me.maybe i will  save many money at there because there will be very bored.
so i need to find some entertainment for myself. I have many friend working at ther. i will leisure my free time DATING with my friend.
I have a little not willing to separate and my boyfriend..><
so sad...hope he will often visit me at genting ...and i will come back kl when i have any holidays...
Now i always stay at home..arrggh. i dont know what can i do now! help me!

Today I have a appoinment for interview.I thought i need to got up early for dressed up,
But suddenly,I neccessary wake up early due to my cousin call me and ordered me for fetch his daughter to see a doctor.GOD...
After that,I depart to interview..
When I walked for change the station to the Kelana jaya line,and I bump into a aunti with gently and careless. I've apologized with her.but she never forgive me and still continue to scolded me,and I returned back the insult althought I've try to keep my BAD TEMPER.there are two kinds of people in the world:the ones who are deserving of sympathy and the one who not.I felt the aunti was the one who are not deserving of sympathy,so I never felt any regret for retured back the insult by her.That means I JUST PROTECT MYSELF IN COMPLEX CROWD.

I have done my interview in today,MAYBE they will employed me,but now I'm not very sure.they said they will notice me before 2 week of my commencement date.I'm very stupid cause I just ask for my salary to RM1100.my daddy said the salary was too low.like "mangala" salary..arrggghh..never mind.think possitive.collect experiance is the most important for me.my future have higher wages are wait for me...hahaha

I'm went to genting highland with my baby shit and his family since sunday.It was an incredible of experiance..wahahaha.let me elaborate more with you..
First thing in the morning,I got up for a shower and get dressed up.I got myself doll up like a MATURE LADIES cause I want to SNEAK into CASINO.
 we had had  breakfast before we depart from KL to GENTING HIGHLAND.
 we arrived there almost afternoon,i plans i want go to visited  the CASINO to make my '1st experianced in my adult life' wahahah.
So,my baby shit holded my hands and try to went in casino.wahaha,i am felt so nervously and confused
at the time.
fortunately,we managed to sneak into the casino without any police checking,i guess the police was blinded by my matured style.,I felt strange in the casino cause it was my 1st experiance .I was surprise that the crowd was crazy.
walao A,i am feel very PEK CEKbecause there was very hot and very stink.Alot of people smokes in the airconditioning area.
I try my luck by betting RM50 and gosh...i lost it all..I bet it wasn't my day.
my baby shit also lost RM150 at the fucking place..
after that, we took a rest and prepare to depart back to KL.

I was exshauted due to the tiring day out.but i never feel any regret because that was a good experianced for me and remind me GAMBLE is an unhealthy activities.....

SATURDAY AND MY SUNDAY.

SATURDAY,
I am haven't any BC class on saturday and sunday.i am sleep  almost whole day on saturday,until my phone ring and disturb me i just wake up.cheh,mr iphone do you know you are disturd me?
PEK CEK.and i was thinking which fucking person disturb me.ACTUALLY ,is my best friend TAN WEE YONG.he was called me to go out shopping and meet them at sungai wang.i have some felt want to reject but i haven't.i am felt some not very well because i am menstruation.ARGHHH.I have some regret when i stay at the LRT.i am just sat on my sit and keep quiet all the route.untill i get to meet them.we are just parade in the street to find the present for weeyong friends.i am helped him to choose the clothes and we go GIORDANO to kacau,try many type of shirt but just buy one piece.we are damn like a shit.but so funny and this suggestion are from that bad guy-wee yong.and after that we all return home by LRT.Untill my sister arrive home,i have a brainstorm to photoshooting,buahahah,and i quickly make up and change a cloth and started shooting,my phtographer is my sister,she haven't any experianced,we just take with random.but the photo was look different after edited.All above are happened since saturday.i am so happy and pain on whole day.

SUNDAY,
Same with saturday,i am wake up lated untill my cousin awaken me..he ask me want to joined him go to enjoy the JAPANESS buffer,i quiekly wake up to shower and prepare.there was so expensive RM60 for 1 person,and my cousin encourage me ate more and more until i want vomit.and i want to go pasar malam later..buai buai...

SECOND DAY AT British Council..

I am very OBEDIENT today,(hahahha)because today i am wake up early to prepared and breakfast.And i gotta started to went to the texsi stand...there were nearby my house.I need to excersice in the morning for going to the texsi stand...that is felt GREAT to me,because that would helped me to KEEP FIT...buahahahah
I have been started my plans,that is I NEED TO DIET...i just had a drinks every morning.sometimes i just a pieces of biscuit for my lunch and high tea.other than that ,i would ate full when dinner.
I HOPE I WILL ACHEIVE MY PURPOSE...THX GOD!!!

Today i have been had a lunch with sani,sani is come from china..she has full experianced because she always go other country to learned english. i will very appreciate when i will get the opportunity for learning english at other country or state..

CLASS,today are not any special at the class,just have a competition for guess the sentences what we are learned yesterday.that was a good method for keep the knowledge..
and tomorrow i haven't any class,so I CAN SLEEP UNTILL NIGHT. SO SHIOK FOR ME...that is my hobby too...hahahaha

Today was my class opening,and I have been studying at there since 19 april 2012.i am lated.i need to WASTED 45 minute for the route from my house to school.JAUHnya..(that is so far).
but never mind,everythings will be worth...because today i was acquired many new friends at my college.(-there is BRITISH COUNCIL). that was quite easier to understand what we learned. The teacher SIMON he is quite funny.He has been teaching at BC almost 3 years.He is a full-experiance teacher,so he has many different skills of teaching and we can easy to absorb the knowledge.
Today we learn about 'In my opinion job'.I think in my opinion, a good job should be well-organised and sympathetic. other than that,we also need to committed and disciplined at any JOB.that will help us create famous and have a high social status.when we have all of this condition,we will easy to settle down.ok,that is time to sleeping,EIONA LEE,' you should stop writing and go to the bed! Memories when i having PLKN...

First i get the letter from JLKN(Jabatan Latihan Khidmat Negara),i feel some scared and excited, because i will go a strange place...that have many stranger and i will get many new friends at there...but also i have some sad, because i need to tie at there 3 month without family without lover and without my friends..without "PHONE" is a EMPHASIS...
Finally,the death day was coming..1 january 2012 ,9 o'clock in the morning,i need to register at CHECK POINT with the excited and mix some begrudge....i am quiet all the route...and have some REGRET to go...ARGHHHH

THE puppet show is the most perfect one,we all like a small family,we together organised the performance for NAJID KOR...when habis we also still rindu the process...at there i be a secretary(penolong ketua pengarah)i also get the certificate...
